SPLITTERS FOR PROFESSIONAL FIREWOOD

Safe, powerful and very productive, the splitting of the FC 45 Gandini Meccanica is a center for firewood which, thanks to innovative solutions applied, ensures high productivity and low power consumption. FC 45 is designed to be hooked to the three-point tractor and to receive power from the shaft universal joint. The structure of the log splitter is composed of steel plates welded high thickness, and is treated in such a way as to allow the installation in an open environment. Through the tape of hydraulic load, which has adjustable speed, the operator can, without making any effort, to bring the logs into the machine. FC 45 can cut logs up to a diameter of 40 cm and a length of 4.5 meters. The power system logs (optional) ensures continuity of work and high productivity. The cutting length of the trunk can be adjusted from 25 to 55 cm. And the cut is made by a saw chain, thanks to which the absorption of power remains minimal, which is controlled manually by the operator through a suitable lever. The pieces, once cut, drop into the tank gap where a piston, a power of 90 kN (115 kN in optional), pushes them into a wedge gap, which divides the pieces in 2-4-6 cloves. The wedge gap can be adjusted in height according to the diameter of the trunk and is interchangeable. The material obtained is transported automatically from a tape output, which can be adjusted in height by means of a winch, so as to facilitate the loading of the product wherever desired. The machine, when closed, is part of the figure permitted for road use. The productivity is indicative of 10 cubic meters per hour. The dimensions of the machine for transportation are of 2.6 m in length, 1.2 m wide and 2.4 m high. The weight is 960 kg.
