CHIPPERENERGY
NEW LINE OF CHIPPER FOR THE PRODUCTION OF WOOD CHIPS OF HIGH QUALITY, SUITABLE FOR TREATING LARGE QUANTITIES OF MATERIAL.
Range of drum chipping machines of big sizes, designed for the production of high quality chips and suitable to process very big quantity of material of any type and dimension; equipped with Nostress electronic device, calibration grid and further arrangements for any kind of customer’s requirement.
Thanks to very powerful and aggressive driving rollers, the feeding is always perfect with any type of material. The conveyors in the bottom part of the rollers allow to recover any discharge of the chipped material. The feeding chute can be equipped with steel chains (in optional). All the models of the CHIPEPR ENERGY range can be equipped with axle and wheels for the towing, with own engines or to be fitted to self-propelling equipments.
The cutting system by a drum equipped with multi-blades allows the production of high quality chips (calibration grid). The ejection/discharge of the chips by a flywheel requires a very low power absorption because of the air lack and allows to obtain a final product without dust and the loading into a 40' Container too. The discharge chute is 360° rotating, adjustable in height, and hydraulically tilting.

Only after being designed by the most advanced technology, manufactured under stringent guidelines and individually tested is each Gandini machine ready to be your machine. Gandini Meccanica offers different models of chipping machines powered by tractor or by an own engine.
The main component of this wood chipper machines is the chipping disc that after having been processed is equalized with sophisticated computerized equipments. The Nostress electronic device fitted to the different models of the Chipper line is fully adjustable and in relationship to the revolutions of the chipping disc regulates automatically by an electronic valve the in-feed of the material. Located inside an anti-vibration box is equipped with an hour-meter recording the operation time of the machine.
The hydraulic system has been designed in the minimum details and manufactured with high quality components, oversized pipes and with a special electro-valves group, all this to assure the max. reliability and long life during the time. All the machines are equipped with a quick system for blades removal and replacement which reduces maintenance time and eventual assembly mistakes.
BIOMATICHLINE
LINE OF MACHINES DESIGNED FOR GRINDING OF VEGETABLE WASTE. MAXIMUM EFFICIENCY AND MINIMUM NOISE WORK.
The Biomatich line includes shredders with hammers and offers a wide range of four models, suitable for the shredding of green wastes of different types at big composting centers or at ecological plants or at private enterprises. The use of these professional shredders allows the volume reduction with very low processing times. The main characteristic of these Gandini shredders is the shredding system by heavy hammers with special self-sharpening profile of the drop forged hammers which allow a min. of 800 hours of maintenance free shredding. The electronic device CTP fitted optional to the different versions of this shredders line is fully programmable and in function of the revs. speed of the rotor adjusts automatically the feed of the wood by an electro valve. This device is placed inside an anti vibration-box and it is coupled to an hours meter (in optional) to record the operation time of the machine. On all the models of the Biomatich line the oleo-dynamic operations control s are fully electrical to assure a more and a general safety. Thanks to a continuous research, aiming at assuring the better comfort for the operator and together with a total respect for the environment, Gandini Meccanica has reduced considerably the noise level of its machines.
CASTORLINE
SPECIAL LINE OF PROFESSIONAL STUMP GRINDER CAPABLE OF MILLING UP TO 20 CM BELOW THE GROUND LEVEL.
The Gandini Meccanica Castor stump grinder is great with any type of stump and it is available for the tractor version. This stump grinder is complete with hydraulic displacements for the 3 main working positions. Thanks to particular technological construction, the displacements are very wide and allow to grind very big stumps without moving the tractor. The tools with vidiam elements allow to work for long time without any maintenance.
