Gandini Meccanica will attend to the first edition of ECOMONDO -THE GREEN ECONOMY´S MEDITERRANEAN PLATFORM

From November 5th to 8th 2014 the great expo event dedicated to major European and international strategies on eco-innovation and transforming waste into a resource will be back at Rimini Fiera

Rimini, 6th May 2014 – International platforms for start-up, green jobs, sustainable transport and ecological vehicles, innovation technology, eco industrial design ... The environmental sector is continually evolving and only ECOMONDO, the trade´s leading expo, is able to bring the innovations together and present them in an organized manner.
From Wednesday November 5th to Saturday 8th Rimini Fiera will raise the curtain on the 18th edition of the International Trade Fair on Material & Energy Recovery & Sustainable Development. Over the four days, 100,000 industry members are expected from all over the world, in particular from the Euro-Mediterranean area, in which the expo has assumed a leading role, becoming not only the key technological platform on the economy of the future, with particular attention to the main European and international strategies on eco-innovation and the transformation of waste into a resource, but also a qualified hub for training and information.
ECOMONDO represents the winning combination of concrete business opportunities connected with the green economy and the very high profile program of seminars organized by the scientific board led by Prof. Fabio Fava. The expo attracts contributions of a technological and design nature from enterprises and institutions working on boosting the most powerful driving force for expectations of economic recovery, which looks to innovation to enable to save the environment and make more efficient use of energy; and brings together great European experts to spread the most advanced knowledge on scientific research matters, particularly regarding economic facilities made available by the European Commission for eco-innovation.

TARGETING THE WORLD
The main objective of ECOMONDO 2014 is a substantial increase of its international profile, starting from a basis that is already significant and well-established, but which, by means of a promotion program, will stimulate the most interesting markets for the sector´s enterprises in coming months. The sales network has been strengthened and a series of road shows scheduled at which experts, enterprises and ECOMONDO staff will meet trade members and institutions; with dates in Egypt, Jordan, Slovenia, Serbia, Turkey, Poland, Romania, Brazil and Russia.
